St. Johns Church, Tong Street, "The Upper Room"

St. John's, Tong Street,
is the newest of our three congregations. It meets in 'The Upper Room' in Vulcan Street, Tong Street. These premises used to be the Schoolhouse to St. John's CE Primary School, before the school moved to its new premises in Bierley in 2001. The premises are now owned by St. John's Foundation Trustees, who also own the school site in Dawson Lane.
Directions

To find the Upper Room from the Dudley Hill junction of the A650 and the Bradford Ring Road, travel on the A650 out of Bradford. After seeing Shetcliffe Lane on the right, immediately turn left into Vulcan Street, and then right into the old school grounds. The Upper Room is the older house on the right hand side.
